This system will track into the Gulf of Maine overnight and into the Maritimes during Sunday. Iúve made some modest adjustments to our current forecast based off current observational trends, with mos realistic 12Z guidance showing best mid- level forcing and deeper moisture remaining just off to our east. This supports the idea that highes impacts will occur across northeastern VT this evening through mid-morning on Sunday. Elsewhere, blended guidance boosts overall confidence for lower overall snow totals. Indeed, national blended model 50% probabilities of > 4″ of snow are largely confined to Esse County, VT.
