Cold and blustery Sunday
No major storms in the forecast
Sunday will be unseasonably cold with a stiff northwest wind. Expect lots of sunshine! Highs will be limited to the teens, with daytime wind chills ranging from 5 to -15°. More sun is likely on Monday, but temperatures remain unseasonably cold.On Tuesday, a storm passes mostly to our south. Impacts look minimal for most of our area, but southern Vermont may need to watch for widespread accumulating snow. We’ll be on it.Thursday and beyond of next week look mostly dry, but temperatures don’t recover much – we’ve got a long stretch ahead of colder than normal weather. Good news for snow making and ice fishing! We’re seeing early signals for a possible storm at the end of next weekend, but we have many days ahead to watch that potential.
