you all have this nice resort area down in notice. Ova. Alabama is called Paradise Tiny Village. That correct? Yes. All right. So whoever wants to go first, tell the public about your resort and what you all have to offer. We started this resort. Um, we were looking for something you need to bring to the area. So we were fascinated with the tiny homes, so we decided to bring it to notice. Soga. And we’re excited. We named them after cocktails. Some of the names of them are the Grinch, Mimosa, Sangria, Hurricane The Godfather, Sunrise, Um, hocus pocus and Mad Hatter. So we got really creative with the names. We have three different floor plans, so some of those are lost. And then we have lower bunks for someone that, um, whoever is greater going upstairs or anything like that. And so we have a lot of outdoor amenities such as the hammocks, the fire pit, um, outdoor seating, dining area as well as outdoor games. When did you all start this? Um, we started this last year. Um, in July, and when we originally started, we secured about two acres of land and everything was forested. um, we had a lot of for is there? And we had took us about a month and a half to take down all of the tree. And, um, I don’t know if we know this, but we were our own general contractors, so we figured out how to do everything ourselves. We designed the floor plan. Um, we all the logistics. We got everybody out there to do the septic tank, the plumbing, the electricity and all of that. So we did all of this ourselves. We found the contractors, brought them in. What is the reaction from the people who have been visiting your resort? Uh, you know, tell us, Do they like it? Are they coming back? Um, we just open towards the end of February, and we’re actually listed on Airbnb under paradise. Tiny villages. Um, and we can leave those links for you. Um, as well. We’re only like, 15, 10 to 15 minutes from the Auburn University. So anybody that’s coming in town for games or events were close to the wedding venue where my daughter is getting married. What’s the name of that things again, Miss Jones. Brick and, uh, wedding venue. So We have a great location that can get you to Montgomery quickly or Auburn. So we’re kind of in the middle of all that mhm.
