“Every April we think it’s very important to display the pinwheels and our office is located on a busy street, so every day people drive by and see them. On nicer days people stop by and ask why the pinwheels are planted so it’s a great way to raise awareness,” said Madelaine Taylor, Victims Assistance Center development director.
