Thousand Islands Central School District– The budget passes 233 to 58. Voters approved establishing a $6 million capital reserve fund. Voters also OK’d funding for three local libraries: $83,500 for Cape Vincent, $82,500 for Depauville, and $84,000 for Clayton. Erik Swenson, Carolyn Delaney, and Shawn Cherchio earn seats on the school board after running unopposed.
