TOWN OF DENMARK, New York (WWNY) – A town of Denmark home was destroyed by fire Thursday afternoon.
Volunteers from several fire departments were called to 10378 Plank Road shortly after 4 p.m.
Copenhagen’s fire chief said when firefighters arrived, they found the home engulfed in flames.
Although volunteers quickly doused the flames, officials said the house was a total loss.
No one was home when the fire broke out. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
