Thousands of utility customers without power in Essex County, NY
We’re told the power went out just before 1 a.m.
More than 30% of all utility customers in Essex County, New York, were without power Thursday morning. 7,300 customers were in the dark in areas including Moriah, Westport, Crown Point and Ticonderoga due to an outage.
