WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) – Users of the iPhone version of the 7 News app may have trouble with it crashing.
It affects devices running iOS 13 and above.
A fix is underway and should be complete sometime Monday.
Those with phones set to update automatically won’t have to do anything. Others may have to manually update the app.
