LOWVILLE, New York (WWNY) – Lowville’s ice skating rink will reopen this weekend.
After last weekends wind storms cut the power and melted the ice at the rink, it’s ready to reopen on Sunday.
The regular rink hours will resume, beginning at noon on the 19th.
