Some experienced ski jumping for the first time. “We can’t even believe these people even do this on a regular basis, it’s crazy to us,” Timothy Davis, who made the trip from Baltimore said. “It’s like a seven-hour drive, but there is not a lot of opportunities to see athletes of this caliber competing. I think it is worth while coming out and cheering them on, because I know how much they must sacrifice even to get to this level.” Connie Buckwalter, a visitor from Pennsylvania, said.
