LOWVILLE, New York (WWNY) – Lowville’s ice rink is reopening Sunday at noon.
Earlier warmer weather meant the rink’s chiller couldn’t keep up with conditions, so recreation officials temporarily closed the rink until conditions were right for making ice.
With the colder temperatures, the rink is back and will be open normal hours.
