WITH METEOROLOGIST MATT DILORETO> A slow moving upper low and occulded front will shift eastward from the Great Lakes region, bringing clouds and periods of rain showers for Monday, especially during the afternoon and evening hours. A secondary low developing along the front will bring the potential for additional rainfall on Tuesday, mainly across Vermont. Total rainfall amounts of a quarter to half inch are expected, with the highest amounts across central and eastern portions of Vermont. Seasonable temperatures are expected for much of the work week, followed by above average temperatures for next weekend.
