Willsboro High School’s girls basketball (2-0) has started its season off in the right way. They continued their undefeated winning streak with a 33-21 win over Keene Central high School at home. The Warriors were led by Isabella Harrison, who scorched the Beavers on offense with 20 points from inside the paint and the mid-range. Willsboro’s defense was also strong, holding Keene to just six points of offense in the first half. The Beavers did get it going in the second half, including an outburst of 13 points in the fourth quarter to try to get back into it. Kaylie Buysse led Keene in scoring finishing the night with 10 points. Keene will look to bounce back on Dec. 6 at home against Seton Catholic High School. Willsboro will look to keep winning in its next matchup against Indian Lake High School at home on Dec. 2 at 5 P.M.
