Crown Point High School boys’ basketball bounced back after a loss against Northeastern Clinton Central high school, with a 56-22 win over Bolton high school in the Patriot Preseason Tipoff Tournament consolation game. Crown Point sophomore forward Trevor Harris led all scorers with 34 points. He also scored 36 against NCCS, leading to 70 points in two games. Harris credits his success to his teammates setting him up in the right spots. “It was really just my teammates,” Harris said. “They’re great passers and were able to get me the ball in the right spots to hit my shots. It’s as simple as that.”Crown Point will look to continue its winning ways against Lake Placid High School on Wednesday, Dec. 7 at 6:30 p.m. Bolton will get another chance at Crown Point in their next game on Friday, Dec. 9 at 6:30 p.m.
