The Middlebury forward converted multiple big shots, including a clutch three-point shot in the fourth quarter. Sellers poured in a game-high 27 points.The Tigers were able to close the gap to seven points late, but great team offense from the Hornets helped the home team cruise to a 2-0 start to the season.Essex is back in action on Saturday as it travels to Rutland for a 5 p.m. tipoff.
