Police said they took James Owen into custody after a length investigation.

Brattleboro Police arresting 37-year-old James R. Owen after a lengthy investigation. Police said that between July and December, they have responded to more than 70 business burglaries. On Tuesday, they took Owen into custody on an arrest warrant. Owen was subsequently charged with nine counts of burglary originating from businesses in Brattleboro.Many of the burglary cases remain under investigation, and additional arrest(s) are expected.

Brattleboro Police arresting 37-year-old James R. Owen after a lengthy investigation. Police said that between July and December, they have responded to more than 70 business burglaries.
