Watching another system later in the week
After a clear and cold start, clouds fill back in Tuesday with light snow arriving by the evening. Minor snow accumulations on roads will be possible, especially for mountain towns of the Adirondacks and Greens. After a quiet day Wednesday, a period of rain and snow is possible Thursday into Friday. Snow or wintry mix is possible on the front end of this system, especially for northern areas. However, most areas will end as rain late Thursday into Friday, as highs reach into the 40s by Friday afternoon! The active pattern continues Saturday, as another storm makes a close pass to the region.
