(orchestral music) – Hi, my name is Chef John Prieto, I’m the chef here aboard the Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser. – My name is Rafael Frederick and I’m an officer of food and beverage aboard at the house unit. – [John] It took three to four years to develop an entire menu. We have multiple menus here on board the ship that change from day to day. So you’ll never have the same meal twice. Everything that we have here on board pays tribute to a specific planet within our galaxy. For example, the Mustafarian Bread Service pays tribute to Mustafar and the volcanic planets. So you’ll have lots of ash and roasted flavors. The Felucian blue shrimp pays tribute to Felucia. So you’re gonna have a lot of sea elements like seaweed. The Kashyyyk Whitefish and Kashyyyk Braised Bura all pays tribute to Kashyyyk, that has a lot of forest environments. So we try to focus on vegetation. – [Rafael] One of the offerings that we have for the younglings are non-alcoholic beverage is the Blue Face Citrus, This is a very refreshing non-alcoholic drink. And then we finish it with a sorbet out of the blue milk Bantha. For the adults, we offer something that is called the Poached Pod Chaser. The similarities of this cocktail is something that is called, in other galaxies, as a Old Fashioned. The Silver Sea Martini is finished up with some edible glitter. The glitter actually represents the seas of the Chandrila. – [John] Our last menu item is the Chandrila Choco Air Cake, paying tribute to the home of the Halcyon, Chandrila. I remember growing up as a child and watching “Star Wars” with my siblings. So being part of this experience is very surreal, because it really reminds me of home. – And this phrase is what we use when we savor the moment, taboute. – We can’t wait to have you on board the Halcyon. And may stars like your way. (orchestral music) (logo clicks)
