
WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) – We’re going to have a hazy afternoon.
That’s because of wildfire smoke blowing across the border from Canada. An air quality warning is in effect for most of New York state until midnight. That warning could be extended into Saturday if conditions warrant.
It will be partly sunny and humid today with highs in the low to mid-80s.
It will also be a warm night. Lows will be in the mid- to upper 60s.
There’s a 50% chance of rain on Saturday and thunderstorms are possible. Highs will be in the low 80s.
Sunday has a 60% chance of rain with possible thunderstorms. Highs will be in the low-80s.
There’s a 50% chance of rain Monday and Tuesday. Highs will be in the low 80s both days.
It will be mostly sunny on Wednesday and Thursday. Highs will be in the mid- to upper 80s both days.
