Experts said the EF-0 tornado with max wind speed of 85 MPH formed at 6:04 p.m. and dissipated at 6:26 p.m. During that time, it traveled a path of 12.3 miles, although it may have lifted at times.The tornado originated between Benson and Orwell west of Route 22A and travelled along the southern fringe of the tornado warning toward Brandon.Trees and power lines were downed in several directions due to the force of the winds generated by the tornado.No injuries were reported.
