WEST CARTHAGE, New York (WWNY) – The West Carthage Police Department says a 15 year-old, reported missing earlier Friday, has been found.
The teenage girl was located Friday afternoon ‘safe and sound’ and returned home, police said.
Earlier, police said Desirae Bounds went missing from her 16 Liberty Street home on September 26.
