WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) – Many places in Watertown were closed or shut down early Thursday due to the water situation.
Those places included Watertown city schools, area doctors’ offices, Flower Memorial Library, and Jefferson Community College.
Many also remain closed Friday, so make sure to check that where you’re going is open before you arrive.
