Hartford Police: One man heads to the hospital with gunshot wound

On Friday around 12:38 a.m., Hartford Police Department, along with the Hartford Fire Department, responded to a portion of Maple Street after receiving a 911 call from a man who claimed he was shot. When investigators arrived, they located the 21-year-old man with a gunshot wound in the parking lot. He was taken to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center by Hartford Fire Personnel, and his condition is unknown at this time.The investigation is ongoing, but officers do not believe there is a threat to the public.
