Thanksgiving forecast looks good for travel

WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) – We could see a little precipitation this morning, and with temperatures close to freezing in spots, it could be a mix of snow and rain.

There’s only a 30% chance, though, and much of the day should be dry. So, if you have somewhere to go for Thanksgiving, you shouldn’t have any trouble getting there.

It will be mostly cloudy with highs in the mid-40s.

Temperatures plunge into the teens and 20s overnight.

It will be cold for Black Friday. It will be partly sunny with highs around 30, which means we’ll spend much of the day in the 20s.

Saturday will be mostly sunny with highs in the upper 30s.

It will be around 40 on Sunday. Skies will be mostly cloudy with a 40% chance of rain.

Monday will have a mix of rain and snow. Highs will be in the upper 30s.

There’s a chance of snow on Tuesday and Wednesday. Highs will be in the low 30s both days.
