The Burlington Police Department is currently negotiating with a barricaded subject near Elmwood Avenue and North Street.Police said people are advised to avoid the area until operations cease.According to Burlington Police Chief Jon Murad, a person went into T. Ruggs Tavern with a weapon earlier today.
