Any standing water will quickly freeze over. Watch for black ice overnight and Thursday morning.Northwest wind gusts up to 60 mph will be possible Wednesday night along and east of the Adirondacks and southern Green Mountains. Elsewhere, gusts up to 50 mph will be possible. Scattered power outages are likely.Thursday will be the coldest day this week, with highs in the low 20s and a partly sunny sky. It will stay windy, with gusts up to 50 mph possible, especially south.Friday will start with clouds, giving way to sun by the afternoon. It will turn milder, with highs in the low 40s.Saturday will be a cloudy kickoff to the weekend, with a passing shower possible. Highs reach the mid 40s.
