One person has died after a small plane crashed in upstate New York, near Albany, on Monday. Police say the pilot was the only person on board. She was killed in the crash. Her name has not been released.Police also say a woman walking a dog near the crash site was treated for minor injuries.The FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board will investigate the crash. An NTSB spokesperson said an investigator from the agency will be at the site on Tuesday. Police are asking the public to avoid Maxwell Road until a complete and thorough investigation is conducted.
