BETWEEN THEATRICS, PERFORMANCES, AND LOCAL DISPLAYS I’VE GOT YOU COVERED ON THIS SUNDAY’S EDITION OF THINGS TO DO You can head to the Calvin Coolidge State Historic Site in Plymouth, Vermont, this afternoon for a free concert from 2 to 3 PM. The concert will feature popular music from the 1920s, performed by Mezzo Soprano Jennie O’Brien and pianist Abbie Charbeneau. This is the second of four concerts being held at the venue this summer. The Stitchin’ Bees Quilt Show will be happening in Tupper Lake today from 11 AM to 5 PM at Tupper Arts. Over 50 quilts will be on display, and there will be educational demonstrations to check out. A textile wares boutique will offer items for purchase. There will be a quilt raffle drawing taking place at 4 PM, and refreshments will be served through the day. The event is free for the public to attend. Finally, you can head to the Adirondack Theater Festival in Glens Falls, New York, today for a concert presentation of the Broadway-bound musical “The King’s Wife”. The show starts at 2 PM at Charles Wood Theater. The story tells of the history of King Henry VIII’s first wives and how Queen Elizabeth eventually took reign. Tickets range from $29 to $49 and can be purchased online up until two hours before the event. You can also purchase tickets in- person at the Wood Theater Box Office
