Police are investigating after a man was found with several gunshot wounds in Brattleboro.The Brattleboro Police Department said they were notified of a 19-year-old man with a serious leg injury on Western Ave. on Wednesday evening just after 7 p.m.Medical personnel determined that the man had been shot multiple times. He was sent to Brattleboro Memorial Hospital and then transferred to another facility for additional treatment.
