Cafe Mamajuana to open diner in Colchester, VT

A new locally-owned restaurant is coming soon to Colchester.Maria Lara-Bregatta, the owner of Cafe Mamajuana, has announced her plans to open a “Latinesque” Diner in Colchester, according to a post on her Instagram page. Cafe Mamajuana, which also operates out of Colchester, is currently a take-out, delivery and homesteading service offering food from the Dominican Republic, West Africa, Italy and Spain, according to the official Facebook page.The diner, which is expected to open in several months, will feature smoked meats and incorporate elements of Dominican and Italian culture for what Lara-Bregatta is calling a “delicious, curious and exciting” eatery.
