As of Friday night her condition was reported to be stable.After an autopsy, the Chief Medical Examiner’s Office in Burlington determined Todd Lawyer’s cause of death was blunt force trauma to the head, and the manner of death was homicide.Lawyer was ordered held without bail pending a weight of the evidence hearing. A date for that hearing has not yet been set. The judge also ordered a competency evaluation for Lawyer.
