One person is dead and a second suffered critical injuries following a shooting in Waterbury early Monday morning. Vermont State Police said they were called to a home in the Kneeland Flats Trailer Park just before 1 a.m. and located the two victims. The man who was injured was brought by ambulance to the University of Vermont Medical Center for treatment. As of Monday afternoon, VSP Maj.
