Paula Kelly is turning 80 years old, and her neighbors are not letting her forget it!The birthday girl got quite the shock after her neighbors threw her a surprise birthday party Thursday morning. Paula takes a stroll down Sherman Hollow Road twice a day and has gotten to know all of her neighbors over the years.To celebrate Paula, they put up dozens of signs along her usual walking route to celebrate her eighth decade.Happy birthday, Paula, from all of us at NBC5!
