Amidst an unseasonably dry January, fierce wildfires erupted in Southern California, forcing residents to flee as flames threatened lives, communities, and historic landmarks in and around Hollywood Hills.Wildfires began breaking out in Southern California Tuesday morning as a life-threatening, widespread windstorm roared to life and created extremely dangerous fire weather conditions.
