Hilltoppers’ Lydia Ruggles claims second straight individual first-place finish
Saturday’s final meet of the season saw Essex trying to finish its season undefeated, and its acrobatics in the Vermont Principals’ Association championship helped it do just that.The Hornets edged out St. Johnsbury to win their second consecutive gymnastics championship. Essex was led by senior Jocelyn Bourget, who finished with her own podium finish for the second time.
