INVESTIGATORS SAY HIS DEATH APPEARS TO BE SUSPICIOUS BASED ON EVIDENCE FOUND AT THE SCENE… AND FINDINGS FROM THE CHIEF MEDICAL EXAMINERS OFFICE IN BURLINGTON. Vermont State Police are investigating after a suspicious death was reported in the town of Brandon.Brian Bailey, 46, of Brandon was found unresponsive at his home on Champearl Road on Saturday. He was pronounced dead by first responders, but police have not shared details about how he died.Police say evidence at the scene combined with the results of Bailey’s autopsy indicate the death is suspicious and warrants further investigation.Police believe this is an isolated incident and there is no threat to the public. No one is in custody.
