Milton High School girls’ soccer kicked off their regular season with a 4-1 win against Missisquoi Valley Union High School. The Yellowjackets rattled off two goals apiece in each half of play. Their first two goals were scored within the first five minutes of the contest. Milton found more offense in the second half after Savannah Monahan picked up a loose ball deflected off the goalie’s gloves and got past the Thunderbird defense for her team’s third goal of the game.
