A Northern New York woman has been ticketed after police said she got into a hit and run crash with an Amish buggy driver.New York State Police cited Jean Seguin, 26, of Ogdensburg for several vehicle and traffic violations after they said she crashed into an Amish buggy on Linden Street.Seguin did not stop and continued driving after hitting the buggy, police said. The buggy driver was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.Seguin is due in court in March to answer to a judge.
