A North Country man has been accused of damaging several windows in Beekmantown with a BB gun, including shooting at a school.The Clinton County Sheriff’s Office said deputies were notified by a school resource officer that a window at the Beekmantown Middle School had been damaged by a projectile. They also learned that a school employee’s home had been damaged in Chazy as well.Detectives investigated and charged Jonathan Gilman, 33, of Altona, with two counts of criminal mischief for the incidents. Gilman appeared in court to answer to the charges and was released. He is due back in court at a later date as the case against him continues.
