Viral video: Brushtail possum found hiding in plush toys at airport in Australia’s Tasmania state

The marsupials, which have large, pointed ears and a dark muzzle, are known for their bushy prehensile tails, which can grow to 40 cm in length, according to the Australian Wildlife Conservancy. The airport retail manager said he’s not sure how the possum got into the store or why it chose to hang out among the plush toy animals.“I’m imagining it saw some of the plush animals that were for sale on the shelf, and it decided to make its home with those. It wanted to blend in,” Bloomfield jokingly said to the AP.It’s unclear how long the possum spent in the store.
