One man is dead and a woman is injured after a hot-air balloon accident in Bradford, Vermont, according to Vermont State Police.Officials told NBC 5 News there were five people in the balloon, including the pilot, when it ran out of fuel.As they went to switch fuel tanks, the balloon descended and hit the ground.
