Vermont State Police are investigating the deaths of two boaters who went missing Saturday. Their bodies were found early Sunday morning.Police say they received a report of an unoccupied pontoon boat adrift on Crystal Lake in Barton around 9:15 p.m. Saturday. According to state police, several personal items, including a cell phone and wallet were found on the boat. Investigations revealed the man and woman were associated with the boat and used the boat launch around 4:30 p.m. to set off on the water with their dog.The bodies were taken to the chief medical examiner’s office in Burlington to determine the cause of death.
