
WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) – You wouldn’t expect to have temperatures in the 60s in mid-December, but here we are.
It was 62 in Watertown at noontime, which easily breaks the previous record of 54.
We could see a few passing showers, but the wind is today’s main event.
There’s a wind advisory starting at 1 p.m. today to 4 a.m. Friday for Jefferson County. St. Lawrence County and parts of the Adirondacks have an advisory from 7 p.m. today to 10 a.m. Friday.
Winds could gust to 40 miles per hour.
We could see some scattered rain overnight. Lows will be in the mid- to upper 30s.
It will be mostly cloudy and breezy on Friday. Highs will be in the low 40s.
We’ll have snow on Saturday. Highs will be in the low 30s.
It will be partly sunny and in the upper 20s on Sunday.
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday will be partly sunny and in the 30s. There’s a small chance of snow on Tuesday.
