A 27-year-old Vermont man died Tuesday night after crashing his all-terrain vehicle, according to state police. Investigators said Justin Cameron, of Pownal, was riding the all-terrain vehicle in the area of Washing Brook Road when he allegedly lost control, leaving the roadway and crashing into a tree. Emergency crews responded to the scene just before 9:20 a.m. Cameron was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.Police were not immediately able to provide additional information on possible factors in the crash. A report delivered early Wednesday noted Cameron did not have his helmet buckled at the time of the crash. Members of Pownal Rescue and the Pownal Fire Department assisted at the scene.
