THERESA, New York (WWNY) – More than 1,200 National Grid customers lost electricity in part of Jefferson County late Wednesday morning.
According to the utility’s power outage map, the problem was in the Theresa area.
The electricity went out at 11:30 a.m.
A spokesperson for National Grid said crews are working to restore power. He was unsure what caused the outage.
At 12:30 p.m., only a handful of customers were still without electricity in the town of LeRay.
All power was expected to be restored by 2:30 p.m.
