According to Warren County Coroner Doug Huskey, among those killed were siblings: a 6-year-old boy and a 16-year-old. The coroner said four males and three females, in total, are dead. Sheriff Pace said those injured were taken to hospitals throughout the metro from Vicksburg to Jackson.”Anytime you have people injured or killed, it’s tragic, but when you have a situation like this where you have multiple fatalities and multiple injuries, it makes it even worse,” said the sheriff.The sheriff is working to make sure those injured are accounted for and accommodated. Several law enforcement agencies were forced to shut down a portion of the interstate for several hours.
