Police said their injuries are not life-threatening. “When that shooting happened up at Drake last night, we’re very fortunate that there weren’t more people hurt,” Des Moines Police Department Sgt. Paul Parizek told Hearst sister station KCCI. “I mean, obviously, the Relays are in town. It was a nice night, a lot of people moving around, and we recovered more than 30 shell casings.
