Drivers heading north in Lewis, New York, can expect to hit detours on Interstate 87 starting Tuesday. The New York State Department of Transportation said Exit 32 northbound will be closed until June 6 for a bridge replacement.Detours will be in place between Exits 31 and 33 along Route 22, Route 9, Route 12 and Route 9N. Officials said the southbound lanes will not be impacted. The rest area will also be closed until November 1.
