Police look for driver who fled from crash scene in Brattleboro, Vermont
BRATTLEBORO, Vt. —
Police are looking for a person who crashed their vehicle into a utility pole in Brattleboro over the weekend.
The Brattleboro Police Department said they were called to Putney Road near Vermont Avenue on Sunday night just after 10 p.m. for a report of a crash into a utility pole.

Investigators said they found a disabled vehicle at the scene, but the driver had run away before police arrived.
The crash closed a portion of Putney Road while crews worked to remove the crashed vehicle.
Police are now looking for the driver and any occupants who were in the vehicle at the time of the crash. Anyone with information is asked to contact the department at 802-251-8188.
