WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) – The Arc Jefferson-St. Lawrence Foundation is hosting an event later this month to help raise spirits — literally and figuratively.
The Arc community relations director Michelle Quinell-Gayle and foundation development coordinator Sabrina Starr talked about the Raising Spirits event on 7 News Thos Morning.

The event is from noon to 6 p.m. on Saturday, November 18, at the Paddock Club in Watertown,
It features celebrity cocktail servers. When you tip your servers, it raised money for The Arc.
Skip Starr and the Renditions will perform starting at 4 p.m.
The money raised will go to buying winter clothing for the children The Arc supports.
Admission is free.
